FROM LAWYERS TO CRIMINALISTS
On October 31 the deputy head of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. S. Beisenov “recruited” PSU students.
Lawyer- graduates can study at the academy, receive a scholarship, “do not worry” about housing and food, and then work as an investigator or forensic expert.
Students of 1-3 courses, having passed the procedure of transfer from civilian to military university, can continue their studies at the Academy. For this it is necessary to undergo a medical examination and pass the difference in credits.
Police Colonel Yuri Kolesnikov, notes that training is carried out by state order. To work as an investigator or forensic specialist, a narrow focus of training is required which Karaganda Academy carries out. This disproves the generally accepted belief that all lawyers are equally helpful.
