Curriculum Support and Development

Sessions of the Faculty's Curriculum Council are held on a regular basis in accordance with the approved work plan. The Council deals with issues related to the curriculum, programs and academic performance.

According to approved curricula, the academic program consists of courses required for passing CTA (Complex Testing of Applicants) and UNT (Unified National Testing) (Mathematical Literacy, Reading Literacy, Kazakhstan History, vocation-related subjects), and provides in-depth foreign languages study.

Academic performance of students is monitored by means of holding examinations twice a year by semester. Students of specialized classes have their knowledge and skills assessed 4 times a year and take a final examination at the end of the academic year. Students who successfully pass this examination get a document confirming that they have completed a course of studies in a specialized class and received a corresponding qualification.
