Curriculum Support and Development

Sessions of the Faculty's Curriculum Council are held on a regular basis in accordance with the approved work plan. The Council deals with issues related to the curriculum, programs and academic performance.

According to the approved curriculum, training is conducted in the subjects necessary for passing CTA and UNT (Mathematics, History of Kazakhstan, Kazakh (Russian) Language, Physics, Biology, and Geography). The Faculty also offers in-depth courses of foreign languages and such University courses as Fundamentals of Law and Fundamentals of Economic Theory, the credits for which are accumulated, so that prospective students will not have to study them again after entering S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University.

Academic performance of students is monitored by means of holding examinations twice a year by semester. Students of specialized classes have their knowledge and skills assessed 4 times a year and take a final examination at the end of the academic year. Students who successfully pass this examination get a document confirming that they have completed a course of studies in a specialized class and received a corresponding qualification.
